The Zantedeschia breeding season is well underway at BLOOMZ.

Warm Spring weather has meant an earlier start to the breeding season than usual, with the first selections made in late November.

A promising range of cut flower and pot plant seedlings have been chosen for their colour, shape, size, stem length/strength and probably most important of all flower production.

The new selections will be trialled over the coming seasons with the best performers going into commercial production.
