  5. Import Permit and Phytosanitary Requirements

Certain countries have specific regulations regarding Import Permits and Phytosanitary (plant health) requirements. Please check with your Department of Agriculture for the requirements in your country. If an Import Permit (authorising your company to import plant material) is required, we need a faxed copy prior to dispatching your order.

If this is in a language other than English it will have to be translated here in New Zealand and a translation fee will apply.

    Clearing your Shipment

In order to assist with the importation of their shipment many importers use the services of a clearing agent. They can assist with import regulations, customs clearance, temperature controlled storage facilities and onward distribution.

If you would like your clearing agent to receive a copy of your shipping documents, please supply us with their name and contact details.
